We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for evaluating project specifications, preparing accurate estimates, and working closely with clients, project managers, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Conduct take-offs and material/labor calculations for commercial roofing projects.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and clients to develop competitive proposals.
• Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate bidding.
• Prepare detailed bid packages, including scope of work, pricing breakdowns, and timelines.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and labor costs.
• Ensure estimates align with company profitability goals and industry standards.
