About the Position

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic who is interested in building a long-term career in roofing and construction. This role involves working on various tasks related to roofing and providing essential support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Resposibilities:

  • Assist in roofing projects using various materials and methods.
  • Safely operate power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling.
  • Support foremen and technicians with installation and repair tasks, ensuring proper installation and safety measures are followed.
  • Apply caulking to seal gaps and joints in various structures.
  • Learn to identify roofing issues and assist in permanent repair solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site while gaining exposure to advanced roofing systems.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Proven experience in construction or labor is preferred.
  • Familiarity with building techniques and materials is essential.
  • Experience and comfort with hand and power tools, roofing and caulking is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols on job sites.
  • Willingness to learn and grow into advanced roofing responsibilities.
  • Ability to follow instruction and work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
