About the Position

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, data input, collections, and miscellaneous administrative duties.

Key Resposibilities:

  • Answering phones in a professional manner.
  • Organizing and inputting data for payroll needs, job cost tracking, employee benefits.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment arrangements, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist in managing the flow of job start ups, to achieve an effecient job management.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in accounting software is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
