About the Position

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Resposibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of projects
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
  • Communicate with clients and team members to provide updates and gather necessary information
  • Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
  • Support job startups and help maintain efficient workflow processes
  • Perform administrative tasks related to project management

Requirements:

  • Experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is a plus
