Project Manager/Estimator

About the Position

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing projects from initiation to completion, and ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Resposibilities:

Prepare accurate project estimates, including labor, materials, and overall job costs
Review plans, specifications, and project requirements to develop competitive bids
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor budgets, job costs, and overall project performance
Communicate project updates, changes, and expectations clearly with all stakeholders
Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
Assist in improving processes to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

Experience in project management and/or estimating is preferred
Strong understanding of job costing, budgeting, and project planning
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in estimating and project management software is a plus
